1.No Warranty or Liability on Stringing Services:

• Our stringing services come with no warranty or liability.
• It is important to note that a fresh string may break after just one hit. This occurrence, while rare, can happen.

2. Condition of the Racket:

• A used racket may crack during stringing due to existing microfractures that are not easily visible.
• We conduct a visual inspection of each racket and may decide not to string a racket if we believe it may incur further damage. In such cases, payment will be refunded.

3. String Tension Liability:

• If you request a higher tension level than your racket’s recommended tension limit, you assume full responsibility for any resulting damage or scratches to the racket.

4. Additional Disclaimer:

• Many factors can affect a string’s durability, even for a fresh new string.
• We cannot and will not guarantee that the fresh new string will last more than one hit.
• Despite our careful inspection, a used racket may still break due to micro defects that are difficult to detect.
• Please note that we cannot and will not guarantee that a used racket will not break during stringing.

Racket Rental Rules

Damaged and Loss:

• Rackets must be returned in the same condition as they were rented out
• Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

Identification:

• A valid ID must be presented at the time of rental
• The ID  will be held until the racket is returned

Usage:

• Rackets are for use only in our center
• Rackets are to be used for their intended purpose only

Return Policy:

• Rackets must be returned to front desk immediately after use
• Early returns are not eligible for a refund of unused rental time

Liability:

• The facility is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the rented racket
• Renters must use the racket at their own risk

Cancellation:

• Once the racket has been rented, there are no cancellations or refunds.

Understanding the Coverage:

The Yonex Limited One-Year Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This means Yonex will cover issues like:

• Cracked Frame: This is the most common warranty claim, and it typically covers cracks that appear spontaneously during regular gameplay, not due to mishandling.
• Faulty Grommets: Grommets are the small eyelets where the strings pass through the frame. The warranty covers grommets that break or become damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Included:

The warranty does not extend to wear and tear, or damage caused by:

• Misuse: This includes mishandling, clashes with your partner’s racket while playing doubles, hitting the racket on the ground, using excessive force, or using it for anything other than badminton.
• String Breaks: Unfortunately, broken strings are a natural part of the game and aren’t covered by the warranty.
  Improper Stringing: Using an unqualified stringer or incorrect string tension can damage the frame. The warranty does not cover such damage.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, paint chips, or grip wear and tear are considered normal cosmetic deterioration.

How to Successful Claim your Warranty:

• Don’t Cut the Strings: Leave the strings intact. This helps Yonex assess the damage and determine if it’s a manufacturing defect.
• Gather Your Documentation: Locate your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

Important Considerations:

• Timeline: The warranty claim process can take several weeks, sometimes even months, as Yonex inspects the racket to determine the cause of the damage.
• Approve or Reject: If Yonex approves the warranty, a new frame will be sent to the dealer.
• Promotional Products: Promotional rackets or demonstration models are typically not covered under the warranty.
