This account credit can be used for any payment at our centers.

- Candidates may be NEW or INACTIVE customers. (Never registered on both websites / existing account with no activity / has not been a member for at least 6 months.
- All purchases MUST go through an online “REGISTRATION FORM” that includes your name as a REFERENCE (any statement from either of you will not be accepted).
